These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of baby equipment provided by Tuggo. By making a booking for any equipment, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Equipment booking requests must be made in advance, by filling in the online form or by contacting us at +351 928 387 132. To rent equipment from Tuggo, the customer must be at least 18 years old and provide identification and contact details.
A booking will only be considered valid after:
Tuggo reserves the right to replace equipment with equivalent models or cancel the booking in the event of unforeseen unavailability.
Personal data collected will be used exclusively for booking management, invoicing and customer communication, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The rental period will be agreed in advance with the customer and calculated in consecutive days.
Any extension of the period must be requested in advance and will be subject to availability.
Equipment must be delivered and collected at a previously agreed location.
Specific conditions (time, location and any additional costs) will be defined at the time of booking.
The customer must ensure their presence at the agreed location and time. Failure to attend may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the booking.
Payment may be made by one of the following methods:
Payment must be made at the time of equipment delivery, using one of the payment methods provided by Tuggo.
Tuggo reserves the right not to deliver the equipment if payment has not been duly made and confirmed.
A refundable security deposit may be required upon delivery of the equipment.
The deposit will be returned after the equipment has been returned and its condition verified, provided that:
All equipment is delivered in good working order, clean and sanitised. The condition of the equipment may be photographically recorded at the time of delivery and return.

During the rental period, the customer is fully responsible for the equipment. The customer agrees to:
In the event of damage, loss or theft of equipment, the customer must immediately notify Tuggo.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of:
In the event of non-return of equipment, Tuggo reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the equipment and/or the respective losses.
Equipment is delivered to the customer properly cleaned and sanitised. The customer must return the equipment in good clean condition.
If a deep clean is required due to misuse, an additional fee may be charged.
The customer must communicate any cancellation with as much advance notice as possible.
The equipment must be returned on the date and time agreed at the time of booking.
Late returns will result in additional rental days being charged.
Tuggo cleans, sanitises and visually inspects equipment before each rental. However, the customer acknowledges that the use of the equipment is their sole responsibility and must follow all manufacturer instructions.
By renting any equipment from Tuggo, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Tuggo is not responsible for:
Normal signs of use compatible with appropriate use of the equipment will not be considered damage. Tuggo is not responsible for manufacturing defects, incorrect manufacturer instructions or inappropriate use of equipment by the customer. All complaints relating to defects, safety or performance must be directed to the equipment manufacturer.
By making a booking, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
